  • Proof: We may request photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product.

  • Refund method: Refunds are processed through your original payment method (via Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

  • Processing time: Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account after approval.

  • Return shipping: In most cases, returns are not required for low-cost items. For higher-value items, you may be asked to return the product to our supplier.
